I didn't have time to respond to your email you sent me last night, but that seller happens to be me and I won't be wearing any dark sunglasses - nor am I worried about my credibility and honesty.

It was an honest mistake on my part and here is the story, take it or leave it. I really don't give a rats a**.
As you know, someone picked up the chips for me on Wednesday. Thursday night I looked around on ebay and saw the Betty Boop and Bullies chips and descriptions. I read the description that the chip sold out in 14 minutes and thought wow, I guess they went fast. I put up 3 Betty Boop and 2 Bully chips with that in my description about the chips selling out in minutes, PURELY based on the ONE ebay auction I saw. I guess a mistake on my part. No sooner did I put the chips on ebay when I checked the chipboard and saw your post about the truth to the chips NOT selling out. I thought sh**, I better change my description. I immediately changed my description on the Betty Boop chips - ALL 3 of them. You can verify that by pulling of the auctions and see the description was changed. I did NOT think I had the "sell out" sentence in my Bully auctions or would have changed them at the same time. This morning before leaving the house I saw they sold and put another on ebay WITHOUT the "sold out" in minutes description.

The Hooters chips were the first ones I ever listed and sold on ebay in all the 4 or so years I've been going down to AC to pick up chips. Just didn't feel like messing with it.

I've always been honest with fellow chippers. I've acknowledged when I flew off the handle before and apologized.

But in this case, it was purely a quick oversight and honest mistake.

Perhaps an email to the seller, myself in this case, would have provided you with an explanation before making a federal case out of it?
