As far as I know, this is the only brothel to ever issue "true" gaming chips, and even then the details are sketchy. Ricks was located in Moundhouse, outside of Carson City, in the early 1980s. There is some story about the brother being legal but not the gambling, but I can not verify it as either true or false.
