for sale Lot of Jennie V's Chips

As a follow-up to my post a couple of weeks ago, I was able to look at Larry Simmons' Jennie V's chips today when he brought them by my office.

Jennie V's was located at 111 E. Ogden Avenue in Las Vegas. It opened in 1976 and closed in 1977. There were only three chips ever issued, the $1, $5 and $25. The Chip Rack lists their values at $60-$74 for the $1, $40-$49 for the $5 and $75-$99 for the $25.

Larry found these chips in a compartment of an old poker table he bought a few years ago. Some of you have been corresponding with Larry about these chips. After selling one chip of each denomination a couple of years ago, Larry now has five $1 chips, twelve $5 chips and two $25 chips. According to Larry this is all of the chips he found.
He would like to sell the following as a single lot: Four $1 chips, Eleven $5 chips and Two $25 chips. (The remaining one $1 chip and one $5 chip will go to me for helping him)

Larry is asking $500 for the lot of 17 chips. At this time he wants to sell the whole lot at one time.

I have examined all of the chips. The condition is very good with bright, unworn hotstamps on all. One or two of the $5 chips have some dark areas that might clean off, but no cleaning has been attempted. I also noticed some unidentified shiny substance on the rims of another one or two of the $5 chips. I explained to Larry that a buyer will want to see a good scan of all of the chips before committing, and he agreed to let me scan them if there is a chance he can sell them for what he wants. Larry took the photo below, but I think the chips look better than they're represented here.
