Re: Chip Guide
In Response To: Chip Guide ()

I suppose most of us use The Chip Rack primarily but another valuable guide is Campiglia & Wells Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide. This book has color pictures of @ 1500 chips and covers Nevada, Colorado, New Jersey and the Riverboat casinos in the midwest.

Both books provide lots of information to help get your collecting off to a good start. TCR has yearly updates. As to keeping information in the books themselves, I have seen it done with TCR and I suppose it is possible with C/W also.

Both books are a real enhancement to the fun of the hobby and worth the asking price. Also, if you hang around this messageboard long enough, you'll find worthwhile discussions of casino histories, mold designs, and new chips being found and issued. Good luck Ken!
