This has always been my opinion as wee. If I do not buy INS, it does not releive the seller from being able to prove that he sent it or packed it right. That is why I hesitate to buy from those who push insurance. If I sell it, I pack it the same, Ins or not. If I can afford to replace it, I don't do the insure. But if I can't, I insure regardless. And the USPS always gives or has a receipt for things sent with the zip code on the receipt. Insured or not.
