Hi Andy,

I don't have a particular chip dealer in mind but I think this is an ethical dilemma in our
hobby. One of the attractions for many is the "treasure hunt" aspect of chipping. Maybe "finding" an old Las Vegas chip worth several thousand dollars. The other side of that is it may mean finding a naive person who doesn't know the chip(s) they own is/are worth a large amount and will sell for a tiny fraction of real worth.
