Caesars LV Plain Mold - VII Off White, VII Blue (Notched), IX Purple and IX Hot Pink(Notched). The scan colors are not very good. Once again, I don't know if thes chips samples or actually used on the tables. I believe these chips are rare and have a value of $30 to $40 for the notched example and $60 to $70 for the uncancelled chips. If any one knows any more about these chips please LMK.
