Travis or Pete, your legal help is needed

Jim,

I believe that Indian casinos still must comply with state gaming law. There are Indian reservations in (almost?) every state, yet there are not Indian casinos in every state. This is because each state has its own gaming law. If they were truly sovereign or if they came under U.S. law, then every casino could offer the same games. Yet Indian casinos offer different games in each state according to state laws.

A little help from Travis or Pete or any other chipper/lawyer would be helpful.
