The slabbed chip that is on ebay is a good chip.
It is not "rare" in the sense I have held many in my hand dealers have had for sale.

Many Flamingo chips are over priced and over rated in relation to number available for sale.
The problem is demand. For whatever reason collectors WANT Flamingo chips from the Bugsy time period therby pushing the price up. The real joke is I'm not sure this chip is from the "Bugsy" time frame.

Sahara coins states retail is around $800.00. He is dreaming and obviously knows NOTHING about the value of chips. Perhaps he should stick to his coins. But then again I never met anyone involved with slabbing who knew anything about the value of chips. They think they do but they generally are wrong! Have a nice day - Best, Jim
