Re: Aladdin USA

I agree with most of what Bob Pardue wrote.

However, I don't think the Venetian is showing losses due to a similar setup for shopping entrances.

The hotel lobby one floor below the casino was a welcomed move. You don't have to drag your luggage through banks of slot machines to get to either the hotel lobby or the hotel elevators.

I also think that the placement of the London Club in relation to the rest of the casino is correct. It was meant to be a salon, away from the bells and whistles of the average Las Vegas casino floor. They didn't build a glassed-in fishbowl type of highroller room that you'll find at many Las Vegas casinos.

If I were either the current, or future, ownership at the Aladdin, the open space south of the property would be the new parking garage. It would be closer than the current garage. ...and I'd carve a three-lane left turn access from Las Vegas Blvd southbound into a Y entrance to the front of the property, splitting into two two lane options, the left lane into hotel/valet parking and the right lane into casino/valet parking with the center lane having either option.

I'd hate to see the property fail. It is a very nice place.
