As far as all the Price Guides Go the chip is listed as Nevada. There been arguments that his chip is an illegal. But I don't think any evidence has been shown. The Authors of the Official Casino Chip Price Guide list it as nevada and do the authors of the chip rack.
Either way the Company which I use to own had several hundred of them. And we priced them at $25 which was very fair. You can still get them in their store at the Tropicana. I have one of those chips in my collection and don;t have anymore. I am also not involved in anything with that chip or the old company.
