I don't know what casino you were in but the 30 minute wait for the fill isn't that bad compared to a few casinos were you may have waited an hour or more just for the fill. I know on the Park Place side of Bally's it can get real bad but on the Wild West side we handle our customers a little bit better.
At least you lived to tell about it. Better then the guy at Spirit Mt made out!

BTW they are supposed to start the credit coupons by the end of the month at Bally's in Coyote Kate's to help speed the service and ease the wait.
