I went to Vegas for my honeymoon in 1974. I'll never forget bringing home about 170 decks of cards. At the time you could walk up to a coin booth and ask for cards. Normally you would be given 4 decks. Of course that's 8 decks if your wife helps. Usually there were several booths. Do the math.

I got cards from Caesars, MGM Grand(old), Flamingo, Circus Circus, Rivera and Stardust (I think).

The only reason I didn't get more was I couldn't fit the decks in my luggage. Forget about carry on. The weight was too much.
