... as I know there are a few collectors here. Today I bought 100,000 Afghani for .1750 (per 1000) US Dollars. The market rate for AFA/USD is 1000/.21

Why would anyone sell cash BELOW face value? And these are CURRENT and exchangeable notes. Been scratching my head on this one! Bought from a reputable dealer (not counterfeit) & he knows the exchange rates just like I do.
Maybe Afghanistan won't be there long enough to cash them in?? LOL Can anyone help me figure this one out?
