He was inspecting the loading of munitions (bombs and such) on his plane, and noticed names in black marker on bombs. He asked whose names they were. The reply was, "Sir, some of the men thought it appropriate to personalize a few of these with the names of the victims. We have a list from the internet of the dead and missing." My nephew asked, "How many did you mark with names?" The reply was, "Every damn one of them, Sir."

I have seen on CNN (and other news pgms) the same thing, bombs marked NYPD, NYFD, and such. So, this is not be an isolated case and probably happening regularly. This speaks volumes.
