I believe that I "Officially" know what you're refering to, Bernie. In my opinion, I see nothing wrong with this scenario. You've defined the divisions as you see them - and remember, everyone else has the opportunity to accept or reject them. Then you've placed a value on the divisions, hopefully based upon the percentage of the issue that exists in that division. Once again, nobody is being coerced into buying into this. I would think that price estimations in most items are arrived upon by those who sell or track selling.

I dunno, maybe not.
