HI, You probably wouldn't get to close. It would be a walk from the closest point you may get to. And then they will most likely stop you once you start walking near there. I had my van in NYC yesterday and it was so difficult to leave through the Lincon Tunnel. I was sent to 4 entrances and then went down a line of cops each looking at me before I could get into the tunnel. I guess if you get past them all without being stopped you are ok.
