Our response to this attack on our country has to be so profound that it will instill fear into the minds of those that would contemplate doing such things in the future. The detonation of nuclear bombs on key targets might be the only action that would have that effect. I always thought the reason for having our arsenal was as a deterrent, we'd never have to use it because our enemies knew we had it. These enemies don't care, or don't think we'll use them now. As horrifying as the thought is, maybe it's time to use them.
