I sit looking over the list of alumni and friends who worked in the WTC. Several not heard from were on the 65th Floor of WTC # 2 and several near the top of WTC # 1. We know of one alum whose life is over--who was ironically from LA and was visiting someone in the WTC. So like too many Americans, in the day after the enormity of the loss just begins to start as the news trickles in. I have a nephew just a few blocks away and his poignant post came this a.m.--thank God, he is a survivor. ""Revenge, sayeth the Lord, is Mine.'" Perhaps so, but avenging this national tragedy is ours and avenge it we must.
