We are not slabbers or anti-slabbers,
tonight we are not the board or members,
tonight we are not republicans or democrats...

We are Americans - appalled and insulted, in agony and disbelief,

but we are strong -

We stand together proudly and determinedly. We will endure, together with the civilized communities of the world who, along with us, stand together in the face of this evil.

We will endure - you have not beaten us, you will never beat us - be assured of that. It is in our hearts, our blood, our souls.

Be warned - we are strong.

Heavenly Father,
In this time of confusion, pain, and concern, we lay at your feet all the
people, their families, and friends of those involved in this huge
catastrophe. Please be with all those present in the buildings, the
victims, the rescue teams, medical personnel and guide them to coordinate
with You.
