I've had that problem once. I really don't think it's a virus (don't know for sure). I uninstallled and installed about 4 or 5 times to get it to work right. I have a Dell and I think they were getting to know me on a first name basis . They said sometimes it hits a glitch and ever since then it's been working fine.
