Maybe Stupak imported his chicken from Hot Springs! My folks would go there often for the races, the "nightclubs" and so forth. As I was too young to get into the track or the Clubs, before the track opened we would spend the mornings seeing other things.

One of the places was called the IQ Zoo. They had all kinds of animals doing crazy stuff. Typical tourist trap. They had a tic-tac-toe playing chicken, which they claimed had never lost a game! Another was a baseball playing chicken they called "Chicky Mantle"! I wonder if Madden had a cut of the action on the chickens?
