Actually they only drive reeeeal slow when you are doing 55 MPH and they are 100' from your car when the pull into the road in front of you. They then putter along at 20 MPH while you lock up the brakes. Actually people in TN only have one driving speed. Since most of them can't read anyway they always do 45 MPH. It doesn't matter if they are on the 70 MPH freeway or in the 15 MPH school zone. And dat's the truth!
