Do some allow you to buy the above with the 5%? I've heard that some allow the buy free, but take the commission only if you win. To further confuse the issue. lol

Yes I realize that true odds must be made in three unit bets. I was just using KISS for the general theory that there are basically only three bets on the crap table, plus odds at true odds.
