Shooting Star only offers the Win Card Cards, not the Win Card Chips. For a while, if you stopped by the players club to pick up a Win Card Card, they would give you a coupon that amounted to a free play on a $5.00 bet at the black jack table (i.e. you had to bet $5.00 plus the coupon). If you won they would take the coupon and give you $10.00 in chips - if you lost, they would take your $5.00 chip and your coupon).

Presently, with the exception of the card room at Canterburry Downs Racetrack, it is against the rules to purchase chips from anyplace other then a table game. You can not buy them from the cashier cage, or anywhere else.

Thus - no Win Chips at Shotting Star Casino
