Duke, it is a privately run bingo hall. No other games....just bingo. They use these chips for late night bingo after the regular sessions. I don't recall exactly, but they take a chip for every so many numbers called. Strange set up.
The chip that I scanned is the only one that I have. I used to live there and I just emailed a friend there to see if she could see if they still had them...and pick up a few for me.
