I don't think you are in Bill Sargent's address book. This particular virus has the ability to harvest e-mail addresses from web pages that the infected computer has visited, which is probably the case here as Bill S. is a chipper.

Read Archie Black's post from yesterday at the link below. He posted a note from his ISP concerning the virus.
