I think you are on track about a couple of things. I checked Strike Point for any possible activity that would be consistant. I ran his IP address accross the page and found a partial hit on a "Peter Van Der Kar". I have never seen that name here on The ChipBoard. Our annoying little friend has, again, taken another person's name and used it. "peter van der car". It seems that he frequently takes other peoples names and spells them incorrectly.

Other possibilities for his poor grammar and spelling might be. a.) English not his primary language. b.) He is lazy or in a hurry. I noticed today that he was posting comments under several names, sometimes, at a rate of 1 every 3 or 4 minutes. and c.) Learning and or reading disability. I have a couple of friends who dispite their age and effort can't seem to write clearly. They often tend to spell phonetically and in patterns consistant with their speech. Being somewhat dyslexic myself, I often find myself making gross spelling errors and not catching them when I proofread. He is of course rifling these things off at a rate where I doubt he is proofing at all. You do have a point though that his education may have stopped at or during High School. If I were to compair myself to one of my best friends whom I have already discussed. He writes somewhat similar. His learning problems barely got him through high school. He didn't even attempt to go to college. He is fairly successfull in life. He is fairly intelegent and very hard working. He speaks intelegently but just can't express himself well in writing. That is probably a result of his difficulty with reading. I, on the other hand, went to college. It took me six years to graduate with no more than 10 to 15 credits a semester but I was able to do it.

I think BOB,DALE,bill,peter...'s problems are not as much education or age as much as Immaturity and Attitude. He is obviously a bitter, bored and probably lonely person who has nothing better to do with his time than to try to disrupt and divide the discussions here. That is the only explaination I can think of for why he has to impersonate other people in order to start fights between friends. He strikes me as a sick individual.
