It is not like me to refrain from an opinion on most any subject, but I have done so in regard to this most controversial subject of Slamming--pro or con. The only mention I have ever made since the inception is to lend my name (4th on the list) to Andy's list of 363 names.

And still I will try to keep my cool, but I do urge all my fellow friends who I have enjoyed seeing personally at the conventions to keep a level head.

Reminds me of our current culture values we have adopted since the 1960's. Have an argument with your spouse and sue for divorce. God forbid if you try and work things out between you and keep the relationship going as if you think the next marriage will be any better.

I'm not the easiest guy to live with, but my wife has done it for 36 years and I guarantee you that we have had our problems just like everyone else.

Wise up people. We will all get past this slabbing issue. I want to see you all again next June at the convention.
