Like this as an example:

On July 1st Caesars Atlantic City had $1,500,000 $1.00 chip in their cage and on the floor.

On August 1st Caesars Atlantic City had $1,350,000 $1.00 chips in their cage and on the floor.

So they report to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission that on as of August 1st that they have 1,350,000 in their possession in the cage and on the tables and that 150,000 chips were issued but not returned to the cage as of the report to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.
