I have other roulettes, same mold, different LV city, that was distributed by Borland. They are real roulettes. Borland did sell some real chips to casinos.
The only way to know for sure who distributed them is to check BJ records. I stand by my opinion they are real. I know of no casino that Borland counterfited while it was open.
Except the DI $100 and that story has been told here before.
