Most chips I receive from my new chip services, be it from Reno, Las Vegas, Colorado or Atlantic city, are in my opinion uncirculated and have never ever had a complaint with my assessment.

For that matter, I don't ever remember receiving a complaint with any of the discriptions I ever made regarding the condition of a chip.

Bottom line is: describe the chip as you see it and you can be fairly sure others will see it the same way.
