I thought the nice lady was going to give me a huge stack of these but then she had second thoughts and only gave me two of them. After shift change I tried again and was told that they could not give out cards without names on them
These are from the Charlestown Races in Charlestown/Ranson WV. A few years ago Penn National Gaming bought the old rundown track in anticipation of West Virginia voters approving "video lottery terminals". Initially only coin-less slots were installed but a change in the law has since allowed coin-in/coin-out machines. The place is booming now.
I will trade the cards for any chip with a face of $1 or less from anywhere. One of the virgin cards will stay in my collection. I have several of the cards issued in my name. First email gets the virgin card if desired.
