... I have been asked to conduct a formal claims inquiry regarding Mike Ludwig's failure to pay one person for chips he purchased. Normally, I wouldn't make this public at this point, but am doing so for the reasons explained below.

It is apparent that there are at least several people who Mike owes chips and/or money. At this time, I know nothing about the reasons for Mike's failure to make good on these deals, except what I've read on the board (health & financial problems).

What I would like to do is consolidate all of Mike's uncompleted transactions into a single inquiry, both to simplify the process and to provide at least the possibility of arriving at a joint agreement by which he can make good on everything in a mutually agreeable, reasonable manner.

Therefore, I would appreciate it if anyone who is owed by Mike and desires to be included in this plan would notify me by email only. Please provide necessary details of the transaction(s) involved, including chips sold or traded to Mike, money due and unpaid, chips owed by Mike, the date of the transaction(s), dates of any subsequent contacts or unsuccessful attempts to contact Mike, and copies of any emails or other correspondence to or from Mike regarding these transactions.

I would also ask anyone who chooses to participate in this process to be patient and to forego any further public posts on the subject pending response from Mike to my inquiry.
