I witnessed a similar situation about 15 years ago only the tanker was on fire. It was hauling gasoline & tipped over while making a left hand turn off of a freeway exit ramp. 2 good samaritans ran up & pulled the driver out through the windshield right before it blew up right in front of me 200 yards away. That was one heck of a fire, it got down into the storm sewer in the area, melted a traffic signal, crumbled the concrete roadway underneath it, etc... The firefighters were on it all day long. PS We had a titanium fire at work 3 weeks ago (again). Have you ever saw one of those. That was really wierd!
