Does no one have a way to stop this annoying little brat? If it comes down to it, I guess I will make a few calls tomorrow to see what I can get done. Being a federal agent in Canada, I have several connections to the U.S. departments, but would have thought there was someone with similar powers south of the border to stop this as well.
