These are the Harrah's VERY SECERET chips. ONLY a few were ever printed. Someone stole a few of them during the printing process and they have been turning up in Arizona. These are EXTREMELY rare and coveted by COLLECTORS who DESPARATLY NEEEEED a break..... MADE MY DAY JILL ! The one below is yet another variation of the Harrah's chip too... hehehehee
