The seller says "Brook Club, Saratoga, NY" Could be but I saw all of the chips years ago and don't remember seeing this overlay. I have it in my collection as from the Stockton, CA Bataan Club. TGT shows that club to have had a dot chip. Anyone offer info one way or another?
