America is a free country, and we take our freedom seriously. But some people choose to live in gated communities, to protect thier personal freedom to be safe at night. People are free to associate in private, membership only clubs. Restaurants lawfully posts signs saying, "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone," and lawfully eject people who are disruptive.

The policy of this board states, "you have just wandered into a public, no-holds-barred, uncensored airing of many controversial issues in and outside the boundaries of the chip hobby." I believe that is an honorable mission, and I appreciate how that policy accords participants the freedom to speak freely, with discussions sometimes bordering on hostility, and exchange opinions on subjects sometimes far ranging from the world of chip collecting.

However, I believe all of us who regularly use and enjoy thechipboard have a right to be protected from harassment by people who's sole agenda is to disrupt and annoy. I respectfully request that you take whatever steps possible to bar any further posts from our infantile friend. If you can tell me where to send it, I would like to lodge a complaint with his ISP.

I would like to see everyone on this board lend their support to the concepts expressed above, and also file a complaint. We should have the freedom to associate without this juvenile harassment.
