Take a good look at the scans of these $2.50s from Ameristar Casino, Council Bluffs, IA.

I am more inclined to believe Barry Weintraub that they are different. Look at the colors of the chips, then the difference in the "Council Bluffs, IA", the one on the left is bolder and thicker than the one on the right, then take a look at the "star", the one on the left is bigger than the other on the right and finally there is a difference in the size of the six rays between the star, the one on the left are thicker and bolder but the rays on the other chip is definitely thinner.

What do you think? Is it variations or deception.
