Rich - You have come upon the work of a well-known artist: Si Von Stunkleheimengroth (otherwise known as Stunk in the industry). Also, the chips are from a well-known Flemish family living in Flanders, the Kurtzenfruigblaunts. The two chips you illustrate are from two of the Kurtzenfruigblaunts' sons personal sets; Luntz Willy and Willy Luntz (the Flemish people name their sons this way).

BTW, the Kurtzenfruigblaunts had two other sons: Willy Willy, and Luntz Luntz. So you may want to keep an eye out for their chips, too.
