My first trip to LV I picked up tokens at every casino that I played at. I had never been in a casino before so I didn't play many tables. I never picked up any chips. By my second trip I had played some Blackjack and started to get more comfortable sitting at the tables. We stayed at the Orleans that year and I lost at the BJ tables. On the last day I sat down at a Roulette table with about 20 bucks in my pocket and tried to play while waiting for the bus to the airport. I placed 1 chip on each of 10 numbers, I believe hey were .50 bets. I won then lost won again and again and again. Before I knew it in about 15 minutes I had won about 50 bucks. I tried to leave with a couple of roulettes but the dealer and pit boss told me that it wasn't allowed. I played dumb, which of course I was, and cashed out. I kept a couple $1 chips. Not the prettiest in my collection, or my favorite but they did get me started, God Help Me.
