Thanks once again to Rich for the ID. This chip was made from a copy of the design of the crest & seal chips, but we never had an ID on it. Robin Specialties/Portland Card stopped making inlaid chips decades ago. Since it's a Pittsburgh chip, it doesn't fit in my collection, so drop me an email if you need it.
