I'm very familiar with both Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach, FL (two different towns) and I do not know of an address (or street) as 34 Sunny Isles Blvd.

There was a "The Riviera Club" in the city of Sunny Isles, which is documented in Mark Lighterman's book as having an address of 24 (twenty-four) Sunny Isles Rd., Sunny Isles, FL.

If there is any information of this chip coming from WPB (or RB), I would like to be made aware of it and I will search for such a club having been in either area. There was a Riviera Club on Dixie Hwy. in Riviera Beach, but as far as I know, gambling (organized) did not exist.
