My cable modem was installed yesterday. I could have installed it myself for free but I let the cable company install the whole thing at a cost of only 49.00.
The deal that I got was 9.95 a month for the first three months and no modem rental fee until 2002. After the first three months the cost is 34.95.
It is Comcast cable @home
