I don't believe this %#&*, and i apologiz () Knock on wood.
I have had Cox cable for almost 2 years. Mail server has been down a total of 3 hours I know of.
Internet connection has been down for 2 hours that I know of. They gave me a $10 refund twice for any inconvience.
Hard to beat!!!
