I am supposed to have a copy of Dale's book coming. I bought one on Amazon.com from the Friends of the Southern Nevada Library System (or something like that) It was classified as a Library discard--now that I do not understand. Until then I have to rely on those of you who already have a copy.

Could someone give me the codes and values of these chips?

looks to be made of pressed paper. Any ideas?
