The two $5 Harolds portrait chips you keep seeing on eBay are available by the hundreds. I have been offered them at less than $1 each by the box.

Same is not true of many other Harolds portrait chips, but this big chip dump has caused collectors to be suspicious of all of them. I was hoping that TCR authors would sort this out in the latest edition, but I see the prices are unchanged for all the portraits.
