I have similar Roulettes from Argentina. Must be from a local manufacturer, as I've not seen this type of construction anywhere else but in South America. The same with the plaque I sent you from Paraguay... never seen that type of construction, either. I also came across some early Yugoslavia material that I've never seen before...and they, too, must have been made locally in the early-60s

Roulette must be a very popular game in Argentina. The Int'l Guide shows that one casino in Mar del Plata has 108 Roulette tables, and some of the smaller ones have 30 and 40 tables.

Would be an interesting chip run.
