I'm not 100% certain (not seeing your chip), but it sounds like Day's 12i (Obv.: Personification of Song; Rev.: Casino façade), struck by the Franklin Mint in 1979, with a mintage limited to 7,200-pieces.

A halftone and description of the above piece may be found on pages 99-100, Spring Issue of Casino Chip And Token News.

Sorry, but I do not know its current value, as I do not collect or trade anything FM.
